This young Colorado boy started treatment with us when he was 11 and wore braces for 26 months. Now, he loves his new smile.
Overbite - Front Teeth Don’t Touch

This thirteen year old girl started treatment with us after developing an overbite from sucking her thumb as a young child. She had braces and a special appliance — called a crib — to retrain the tongue, for 28 months. The treatment corrected her overbite and she can even bite the lettuce out of a sandwich, something she struggled with before the treatment.
Deep Overbite - Lower Front Teeth Bite Into Palate

As a 23 year old, this patient found out he needed braces and jaw surgery to correct his severe overbite. Now, at 25, after two years of treatment he has a handsome smile he loves. He warns others in his position that if he had corrected his overbite when he was a teenager, he would not have needed surgery. He reminds teenagers that prolonging orthodontic treatments can lead to complications as they get older.
Missing Lateral Incisors

This patient was born without lateral incisors, which are the teeth directly to the left and the right of your two middle, font teeth. She had braces for 20 months to move the teeth into their correct positions. Then, the Crane & Seager team replaced her missing teeth with a special type of bridge called a ‘Maryland’ bridge.
Underbite - Lower Front Teeth In Front of Upper Teeth

She knew she had to visit Crane & Seager Orthodontics when her underbite was causing her jaw joint discomfort and excessive wear patterns on her teeth. At age 32, she underwent 30 months of treatment. She now has a healthy, beautiful smile and finds smiling and chewing much easier.
Spacing Of Teeth

In just 24 months, this patient achieved his ideal bite by closing the space in between his teeth. Then, the Crane & Seager Orthodontics team recommended special glued-in retainers to help keep the spaces closed.
Overjet - Protruding Front Teeth

At age ten, this patient had a big overbite with the top teeth protruding beyond the bottom. She had two phases of treatment. The first helped her jaws to grow more harmoniously and the second aligned her teeth and bite. At age 13, she was proudly displaying her new smile.
Non-Braces Treatment

Sometimes braces are not needed to get noticeable improvements in tooth alignment. This patient was first seen at age seven for crowding of the lower permanent teeth. A procedure was performed to reduce the width of the adjacent baby teeth and the permanent incisors aligned on their own in nine months.
Phase-One

This patient’s parents were concerned about both aesthetics and the health of their 8 year old’s new permanent teeth. The lower front teeth were crowded and touching the palate, and the upper front teeth were extremely displaced from their normal positions. After 12 months of Phase-One treatment with an expander and partial braces, he now loves the appearance of his smile and his dental function has improved.
